Quick Post :D

Managed to get a little rt done - the computer really does distract me sometimes,
PT is just addictive!
I barely even look at facebook as i'm so busy on there xD
Anyway,
Had a snack;
Peach + Raisins = 100?
Like yesterday.
Dinner;
Spinach (A huge bag is 20cals! I had about 3cals worth!)
Brocolli (35)
Green Beans (20)
Chilli (5) - same as Jalapena peppers, different name, right?
Quorn Sausage (59)
Quorn Filet (just 1 - 47)
Total: 169 calories
But it wasn't hot enough!
Tomorrow - MORE CHILLI :D
Oh and I bought some cround cinammon, so I don't have to do the whole break up the stick in water thing - effort! And I am sure you don't get the best benefit out of doing it that way...
So today's total; 100 + 169 + 124 = 393calories
Wow, less then yesterday...
I was actually aiming for nearer 500 - keep the metab guessing.
But sod that xD
Anyway the walk to/from the store was atleast 30minutes of power walking.
I'm now getting ready to go sleep round my old neighbours, new house :) I haven't seen them in ages so should be good,
And is a 30minute power walk away :)
So that makes an hours exercise today :D
